ktistis.gr collects personal data a) when the visitor / user registers for its services b) when it uses its products and / or services and c) when it visits its pages and / or enters its promotional / advertising programs.
During the registration of the visitor / user at ktistis.gr the requested information is the following: Name / Company Name - Address of a natural person / Headquarters - Postal Code - Telephone - FAX - Email address (e-mail) - VAT number - DOU - City – Country – Year of birth – Profession – Credit Card Details.
ktistis.gr uses the personal data of visitors / users / members for four general reasons:
a) For issuing the relevant documents (tax) and they are kept in its financial file
b) The informative support of its customers / users and the selection of the content it offers them, so that it is relevant to their general preferences
c) The satisfaction of the requirements of its customers / users regarding the services and products available from and through ktistis.gr
d) Informing them about new service and product offers.
ktistis.gr gives users / members the right to delete their personal data, correct and/or update their personal data and/or deactivate their registration, at any time, by simply visiting the relevant ktistis service. It undertakes not to sell, rent or in any way publish and/or share the personal data of visitors / users / members of ergendi.gr to any third party. ktistis.gr can channel personal data of its visitors / users / members to third legal and/or natural persons only if:

c) It is mandated due to compliance with the relevant provisions of the law and to the competent authorities alone.
The visitor / user who is interested in advertising on ktistis.gr, in order to receive all the information necessary for this, should fill in the following information in the relevant application: Name / Company Name - Telephone - E-mail - URL (E-mail address of for website advertising). ktistis.gr is not responsible for the personal data protection policy followed by its advertisers during their transactions with visitors / users of these services.
ktistis.gr may use cookies to identify the visitor / user of certain services and pages of ktistis.gr. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the hard drive of each visitor / user and do not take notice of any document or file from their computer. They are used only to facilitate the access of the visitor / user to specific services of ktistis.gr and for statistical reasons in order to determine the areas in which the services of ktistis.gr are useful or popular or for marketing reasons. In order to use the e-commerce services of ktistis.gr, the following information is requested from the member / user: Name / Company Name - Address of a natural person / Company Headquarters - Postal Code - Telephone - E-mail - Fax - Tax Identification Number - DOU - City - Country – Credit Card Details. The above data are also required for the issuance of the relevant documents (tax) and are kept in the financial file of KTISTIS PANAGIOTIS. ktistis.gr can utilize - process the data collected during user transactions in order to record the interests of the transaction and proceed in new offers, unless the user/member of these services requests that such offers not be made. The data concerning the interests of the visitor / user may never be disclosed to third parties except for the exceptions expressly mentioned in this contract.
The Credit Card that the visitor/user will use to pay for services/subscriptions of ktistis.gr, is charged only once and only for the specific transaction unless the visitor/user has chosen the automatic debit of his credit card each time renewing his subscription or the service in which he participates.
ktistis.gr is not responsible for the terms of use of personal data adopted by the financial institutions with which it cooperates for the completion of commercial transactions.
In order to grant the visitor / user an email address for access to specific services of ktistis.gr, the following information is requested: Name, Surname, Street, Number, City, Postal Code, Telephone, Year of birth, Occupation, Email address (e-mail). These details are never disclosed to third parties except for the exceptions expressly stated in this contract, while the owner of the e-mail address must keep the password to it confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
ktistis.gr does not control the content of electronic messages sent by and to visitors/users through the e-mail address provided by ktistis.gr. ktistis.gr keeps a record of the above e-mail addresses and can send messages of an informative and financial nature to the owners of the e-mail addresses unless the latter do not wish to do so.
Every use of the e-mail address by its owner is accompanied by an informational note that informs him about the protection of the data he sends or receives and how to deal with any problems.
The IP address through which the visitor's/user's PC has access to the Internet and then to ktistis.gr is kept for technical reasons and is used exclusively for the collection of statistics.
Visitors/users of ktistis.gr who are minors are not allowed to access ktistis.gr services that may be considered inappropriate for minors and which cannot be controlled by ktistis.gr. In each section or service that may contain inappropriate/offensive/immoral material there is a warning to visitors/users. If, nevertheless, minor users voluntarily visit pages with inappropriate/offensive/immoral material and which cannot be controlled continuously, ktistis.gr bears no responsibility.
